fun game, great community

TLDR: The new UI changes suck and it makes it way to unfriendly and complicated especially for new players.


The game itself is great but the UI changes that came with the newest update (Hunt: Showdown 1896) are horrible and anything but user friendly, it takes 3 times as many clicks to check your teammates equipment, not to mention equipping your own having to re open tools and consumables after equipping one (before it didn't open a whole new window it was just side by side waaaay friendlier), you have to re-select all your filter after the menu closes so you cant even have them filtered for favorites without re-selecting it every time. Looking for traits is absolutely horrible now most of your screen is taken up by useless information. Scrolling also makes no sense i would much prefer it scroll sideways than up and down since most of the items i want to interact with such as selecting hunters are sideways orientated and scrolling up and down is most of the time just the most useless interface buttons you will use once a month max.

great game honestly... i just wish there was character customization because every one that played this game knows you want to be the 3rd person to join because he has the coolest clothes. DO NOTE that there isn't many weapon and play style options, every player is limited to going stealth only with his melee weapon (i wish there was a stealth long range weapon like a crossbow or a silenced pistol, where the drawback would be low ammo or long reload time). I feel like this game has a lot of space to improve but i do like the difficulty of some levels (C2 and D1). Would recommend it to people that want to challenge their patience and precision.

When i firrst heard about this game i thaut to my self: OMG not another FPS LAME!!!. But when i finaly bought it becouse so many of my frends were playing i was amazed. There are may gamemodes there is a steam worksop its like the prfect game EXCEPT it has a lot and i mean A LOT of trolls and and hackers. But at the end of the day i would recomend this game to all and everyone.
