This game is one of the worst zombie games I have played! Normally my favourite type of game. I have compared this to the likes of the dead rising, Left 4 dead games and more importantly dead island games. Now this game is all the worst bits taken from dead island and stuck together to produce this utter piece of dog turd. I had high hopes for this game but am extremely disappointed. The feel of the game isn’t natural its graphics are poor and look cheap in places. The game play is very slow compared to dead island. Much is the same and looks the same regarding loot and creating customised weapons even the crafting is similar. But some key things that stand out for me is the zombies I had great pleasure running round the dead rising, dead island etc. killing zombies, in different ways, and in Dead Island looting and doing side quest. I feel dying light ruins this zombies are harder to kill which would be okay but being slower game play means they will always get a hit on you and forget about looting the games loot is vast and basic unlike dead island where you could search everything. You might be lucky and find a box on the roof but no searching bins or computers is out of the question. The game has been designed to much like dead island for you not to compare and my god have they failed to meet up to expectations. The side quests are stupid, pointless and provide no benefit. The story is predictable and if you liked playing at night forget about it you are lucky to survive 10 seconds I don’t know about you but I like night time not having to sleep until day what’s the point of it.

Beautiful game enjoyed every second of it. Only issue is the game time for me was just under 5 hours for total complete so for me this is not great. But that said I enjoyed every second I played and really felt part of the story.

Love it, Weapons look a lot better wen modded and the story is good. The Game length is also possitive. 4.5 / 5
