Early Access Review
It's SMITE 1 in Unreal 5 with more reasons to spend money, that's it.

This game hardly feels different compared to it's predecessor. As usual, the changes were over exaggerated by whales and content creators that wanted a game to be successful because they have nothing else going on in their lives. Pathetic.

As somebody who has 1,000+ hours in SMITE 1 and spent hundreds of dollars on the game, I will not spend a single dime on SMITE 2, and I doubt I'll play this game much. Maybe get on to stomp the newbies once or twice, but that's it. I'm only here writing this review because it finally went free to play.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Hi-Rez is a greedy scumbag company that got lucky with one game and wants to milk their player base as much as possible.

Do I recommend SMITE 2? absolutely not. The game itself is solid, but in terms of investing time and money, you're much better off playing DOTA 2 or League of Legends (As of writing this)

Maybe I'll update my review if Hi-Rez ever comes out and apologizes for being a greedy scumbag company, but I doubt that'll ever happen. They're no different than most of these corporate gaming companies.

EDIT: There's ZERO chance I change my review now. These losers banned me from their forum for speaking truth and calling them greedy. LMFAO. Awful company.

I honestly didn't expect much from an early access Kickstarter game, made by a Developer that unexpectedly lost their CEO a few years ago, but here we are..

Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen has been a pleasant surprise for me, and seems like a true successor to EverQuest.

This game definitely has a lot to improve on, but the core foundation is solid. As long as the Developers keep supporting this game with updates, while staying true to this style of MMORPG, I have no doubt that more and more people will pick it up.

R.I.P Brad McQuaid, he'd be proud of the progress Visionary Realms has made so far.

His legacy lives on within all of you.

It's Overwatch with Marvel characters.

However, this game lacks the balancing and map design that Overwatch has, which puts Marvel Rivals in a weird middle ground with shaky potential for competitive play.

In my opinion, I feel like this game could've been much better if the developers actually had a creative touch and aimed for their own style of gameplay for a more unique experience. Marvel Rivals should feel more like a superhero game instead of a Overwatch clone, and it doesn't.

Despite the shortcomings, I still somewhat enjoy this game and recommend it.

It's hard to argue with a free to play game featuring Marvel characters and decent PvP. It's an even better experience when you play with friends.

In its current state, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is extremely buggy and missing a lot of essential features for a modern game released in 2024.

Despite that, it's a very fun game to play and has addicting game play mechanics that feel rewarding to execute.

These developers have a great foundation to build upon in the coming future, lets hope they deliver.

I typically love medieval games, but wow, this game is so incredibly boring and doesn't do anything well.

The characters aren't interesting at all, the voice acting is lackluster, the combat is slow and clunky, stealth is almost nonexistent, and lock picking is dreadful.

This game also runs terribly. I shouldn't be struggling to stay above 60 FPS on recommend settings with a 3080 Ti, even in 4K.

This game isn't worth the small amount of cash I paid for it. I feel like those funds would be better spent on almost anything else.

Hopefully their sequel is better, but I won't be playing it regardless.

Bad server and progression system.

This game isn't worth the time nor energy to play it.

Solid game, but I truly believe it would be 10 times better without the vampire mechanics.

It's cool at first, and adds a unique dynamic, but it does more harm than good in my opinion.

The need to avoid so many harmful elements constantly gets annoying quick.

Despite that, I still recommend this game.

Fun until random restriction, despite valid data integrity.

It's not my fault that you clowns can't fix glitches in your game, or stop others from invading worlds and dropping hacked items.
