Very fun smash-like! Despite being inspired by smash games, mainly smash melee and project m, this game has an identity of its own. Lots of platform fighter didn't inspire me much but Rivals of Aether 2 feels like it will last a lot longer than others of its kind. This is all due to its varied cast of characters. Ten characters might not be much to some, but every character feel great to play and have a specific playstyle that is fun to learn. If you like platform fighters I can't recommend this game enough, it really is that fun.

Amazing game all around, the pixel-art, the music, the mechanics, the game play itself, all top notch. Loved mastering every level for the best ranks! Very recommended if you like fast-paced games that test your limits.
