Mechabellum is a great game to play solo or with friends. It's not without issues but the developers seem to really work on the balancing issues frequently and immediately when there's a problem. Very fun.

Very fun game. SImple to start with many layers. That sounds pretentious. Have fun.

God Eater 2 can get super repetitive but it's a very fun game to dump a few hours into and use all the combinations of weapon and powerups.
