Early Access Review
Astrometica is a wonderfully optimized early access donut collector game, that reminds me of early Subnautica days. As someone with hundreds of hours in Subnautica starting well before 1.0, this is definitely a positive. Although in early access, this game has a great polish to it that makes me excited for the future. The environment and overall graphical design is gorgeous, the music is amazing, there are little to no performance issues, and the dev is active and passionate. I can foresee myself putting hundreds of hours into this game already.

While I did say this game reminds me of Subnautica, I'd like to point out this game has enough originality that you cannot say it's a clone. It would be like calling Path of Exile 2 and Diablo 4 a clone, ridiculous. Ignore the comments that state otherwise because they clearly looked at similarities without the bigger picture. Certain things look similar, as in the futuristic design styles. Some aspects like scanning fragments are similar, yes. Believe it or not, Subnautica is not the first or the last to incorporate these things, so using another game as an excuse not to buy this one or give it a bad review is disingenuous. If the majority of people thought like that, we'd see a lot fewer games in the world. This is no ripoff, this is a game that took inspiration and made a good experience with it.

While yes, there is the occasional bug, it is more than tolerable, especially for an early access experience. I went 20 hours before encountering anything and when checking the Discord, it was already being tracked and worked on for the next patch. Regardless of it being singleplayer, Astrometica has an awesome community that I highly recommend being a part of if you plan on playing the game.

If my mediocre review didn't convince you, at the very least, I recommend wish listing the game and tracking it on its way to 1.0, but I highly suggest you give it a shot now. This game will have immense replayability as a survival, and like Subnautica, an amazing story to go along with it. Safe travels, and happy donut hunting.

Early Access Review
I've only been able to play 10 minutes so far because the sheer amount of people trying to login right now, but from what I was able to play, the combat was so incredibly smooth and clean. This is the ARPG of the future. Another L for Blizzard Drones.

UPDATE: Have been playing for a while now and can easily stand by my previous statement.

Early Access Review
This game is very reminiscent of Ratchet & Clank. The humor, the gameplay, the arsenal, the characters, the story writing, the levels and environment, etc. At the time of this review being posted, there are some parts with missing dialogue, but obviously with the game still in development and being so small currently, it is of my opinion that can be looked past.

I have yet to experience a bug, I enjoy the boss fights and general combat, the weapon selection is great, the art and costume selection follows suit, and there seems to be a level of replayability even prior to finishing the game for the first time.

The only slight complaint I have is sometimes it is unclear where to go, which one could argue is to promote exploration, but after you have killed all the enemies in the area and are just looking for a way to get to the next area for 5 minutes, it can feel disruptive. This is a very small issue at certain points, so it doesn't take away from the game that much.

In any regard, I would highly recommend picking this game up, especially if you see it on sale.

Started on a friends PC, got it ages ago with the xbox 360 because I was immediately addicted, then got it for my own PC. Amazing game with great story telling, characters, environment, music, gunplay, and general gameplay. Overall, I probably have several thousand hours in this title alone, and despite the shortcomings of the games that follow, this game stands the test of time. It also has an active modding community to this day, and there has been a resurgence in modding too because of recent breakthroughs. I highly recommend to pick this game up if you haven't already. There are frequent sales for BL2 where you can get the entire game and most DLCs for a handful of bucks. This game is already worth full price in my opinion, but when you see this game go on sale, it's a must buy. Have fun.

God bless America for giving the Japanese this idea for a game. Be the American the Japanese want you to be.

A fun and rewarding rogue-lite, 20 Minutes Till Dawn is one of those games that renews your interest in the genre. I play on both PC and Steam Deck, and can say I have not run into any issues, performance-wise or other. The combat is fluid, the music is nice, and the characters are neat. As you would expect, there is not yet much of a story, as is with a lot of rogue-lites, but the game feels alive nonetheless.

If you enjoy games where you turn into the bullet hell, then this game is for you.

My thoughts on the game are it's just as good as any other SP game released in the last several years, nothing to write home about. Nothing revolutionary but also not something you should shake a stick at.

Looks beautiful in a basic graphical sense, but with enough funding and time to a project, most things will these days. I like the visuals and placements of elements in the world, and the sound design is pretty good. Combat is fine, I enjoy it but that's personal preference. Haven't encountered a single bug, game breaking or not. The story so far is better than a lot of other similar triple A titles that have spawned recently, and despite it being a game centered around a commie era, I don't feel like anything political is being shoved down my throat, it's just kinda "there."

Also, robo mommy milkies. 11/10

Ratchet & Clank: Rated R

Edit: After playing the game for a bit more, I can say this game is like Ratchet & Clank combined with Conker's Bad Fur Day.
