super low key game but one of the best sandbox building games period

I watched as I went through a slowly flying ball, then my 2nd went through the same ball, then the 3rd ran back to save it and went through the ball. This happened while playing against someone intentionally throwing. That was truly the straw that broke the controller's shell, or whatever that saying is.

This game is mostly full of people grinding alt accounts to sell to lower rank players for the title, and people avoiding bans on their alt who ruin the game for everyone else because the game doesn't matter to them when they are on their alt. The kinds of people who get good at this game are NOT the kind of people you want to spend 5 mins around with chat turned on.

There are absolutely no monetary gains to be had with this game even at the highest level. The only money anyone is making is content creation monetization, and ad placements + sponsorships. Becoming good at this game is about as useful as getting great at balancing a ball on the tip of a pencil. You spend as much time as you would at a full time job repeatedly doing a training pack and grinding Competitive for a cool 5 minutes of random strangers being impressed, then nobody cares anymore. Epic games has only done bad to this game, and it is time to reconsider its continued, and seriously flawed existence.

Updates have ALWAYS caused more issues than they solve, and NEVER have added anything interesting or fun to the game. They have added in the past 3 years:

(1): Lukewarm maps with so many problems they need to be patched.
(2): bugfixes nobody asked for which break 3 other crucial parts of the game.
(3): Overpriced brand deal DLCs.
(4): "New" modes that are entirely renamed and rehashed versions of existing modes, which are so uninspired and lazy there aren't ever enough players searching for the mode to find a match.
(5): Worse servers, for cost saving reasons.
(6): A complete and entire removal of a very large and thriving item market, leaving people with thousands, or even tens of thousands of dollars in digital assets completely helpless.
(7): Lazy, uninspired cosmetics.
