I kept putting the game off thinking "I'll just play it later, looks cool though." Finally got it and I've played it like 4 times in the first week of owning it. My favorite game of all time now. Genuinely highly recommend it.

I swear a lot of the negativity online about this game feels like mass hysteria, I remember showing the list of things missing to my friend and he's like "half of this list is just made up" and I played it and I'm like this game is really good, and he was right a lot of this stuff is just made up I don't know.

Straight up this is the ideal way to play Terraria. It can be as vanilla as you want, to the point of not even literally running any mods, or just having some convenience mods like boss cursor, dash hotkey, and magic storage. It can also be insanely complex if you want it to be, there are so many straight up classic style expansions and overalls for Terraria on this platform. Highly recommend

Good game either way you play it. Recommend specializing your enhancements for the most part in the first playthrough

I used to hold a negative opinion on the game but the problems I had have have been fixed with updates, and the game's camera smoothing no longer causes me nausea now that i have a high refresh rate monitor.

Good fun space game

4 waves in: "eh this is ok, kinda confusing as to what's going on"
18 waves in: "ok yeah this game is great"

Personally with the way the game looks I think it plays best with pixelation and dithering
