Ultracop recreates the look, game play, and eurodance/ industrial sound of the late 90's with it's simple arcade like game play. You simply fight the bad guys in each whether on foot, by mech, or by car in a large open map with multiple ways to approach like you can be careful or be reckless and speed through enemies. The reckless approach is dangerous as in some maps, enemies will right in front of you after you cross a certain area. Its also a bit ambitious with its squad command system though the commands don't always seem to respond. The developer does a good job making games that look and feel like 90's games.

Balatro is addicting poker game that is fun to play no matter the occasion. It does a good job of teaching you poker and encouraging you to use math to out think the challenges. So it's always exciting when you get a joker combo and hand that racks up thousands of points. The game is casual enough that anyone can play, but hardcore enough that it's a challenge to win. Every game you play is different that anything can happen and you can't just rely on one strategy. It's the perfect game to play for a short while, on the side, or for long periods.

I believe worth a buy even if you are hesitant. You can easily get your money's worth out of it.

Go little guy go! Fish the lovecraftian lake.

It's easy to relax and get into a rhythm of playing with it on the side. Do laundry while waiting to catch fish. There is no rush.

I am sakuya is a is fun quick boomer shooter about dodging projectiles from numerous enemies in a variety environments. The first episode is the best with its variety of levels and quicker pace. There is a variety of weapons like pistols, quad shotguns, bouncing knives etc. Its a moderate difficult game with episode 2 being much harder than the first. Once you beat the game you unlock hard mode which gets you faster firing weapons which ironically makes the game faster and easier. Lunatic difficulty is similar except you get dual machine guns,

It worth playing.

Twilight town is a short fps about killing cyberpunk gangs to get your ai waifu a body. You have a choice of Sen and girl for each level. Sen is much slower but has more health and can restore health by defeating enemies, while girl has sonic speed. Girl is the best way to play each level as her speed allows you to dodge projectiles and helps has area's can be long and sparse in environmental details. There is a decent variety of enemies though they all function similarly. Combat is avoiding projectiles and each enemy has an indicator when they fire. It is a short game and when you beat it, you unlock harder difficulties with revamped weapons like dual weapons.

It's an ok boomer shooter and you can get your money's worth out of it if you replay on harder difficulties.

Despite its name its not a rouguelite. It just has a upgrade system at the end of every level. It's very similar to twilight town in game play and difficulty changes except with less level variety and less enemy variety. While it is a short game, its just hard to want to replay after going through standard difficulty. Not the best boomer shooter but not bad ether

Its like a budget shooter from the 90's. At times shows lots of promise but ends up as just ok. It's not a bad game, but it's not great ether. Still, for the price and quality, its way better then some amateur shooters that get released on steam. Good 90's 3d aesthetic with some nicely made city and surreal levels. Some enemies like the rocket firing T-rex's, the clown tank, baby dolls, and the foot ball chargers are some creative enemies.

All the good stuff is in episode 1 and episode 3 feels like an after thought to pad it out. No saves and not balanced for hardcore difficulty with some maps having little health and lots of enemies. Some maps are long while others are short and empty. Can be beaten in less than 3 hours.

Nice try on the dev's part and I do look forward to seeing what else they can make.
