Honestly it is not a bad game, sure it might feel like an unfinished game but it has everything you need to find this a good game.

This is currently my game of the year.
Like I am speechless after beating the game, and even on my way to the finale.
My tip for people who want this game is to get it if you are a fan of indie games, and also do NOT watch anyone elses gameplay. This game is an absolute gem, and watching someone else play it will take out all of the excitement.

If you liked the first hotline maimi then you'll most likely love this one. This one took everything from the first one and made it about 200% better. The only problem is that you'll be smashing "R" so hard that the key will fall off sooner or later. Jokes aside, this game has an AMAZING soundtrack along with its beautiful art style. The story of this game is another great thing to note. The story fits so well with every mission, and it doesnt stray away (much) from its original plotline. The ending is the cherry on this bloody fruitcake, I wont spoil it for anyone but it will emotionally destroy you.

Anyway, id rate this game a 8.5 / 10, even if you havnt played the first one (I suggest you do) you can still pick up this game and play it to its full glory.

Valve has an incredibly disappointing display of ignoring one of their biggest games, and honestly after asking nicely for years for anything to be done and getting nothing in response is disgusting. I truly hope the best for this game, because it has truly changed my life for the better.

This review will remain negative until Valve actually acts.
