if you want to play fifa please buy a playstation or xbox, fifa on pc is unplayable. Im not saying this to go with the mass opinion like "fifa sucks every year", the gameplay is honestly fine, there are enough new elements to the game in career mode and ultimate team. The problem is online matchmaking:

1. alt tabbing, if you accidentally lose focus from your game, either by alt tabbing, clicking on your second monitor, get a notification, you get disconnected, and get a loss.
2. hackers, you might wonder, how tf do you hack on fifa. well a lot of cheaters, most in weekend league and drafts are able to disconnect you or give you a very high ping, both result in a looss for you and a easy win for the cheaters.
3. general software errors, one you buy this game on pc you'll get instantly blown away by all its bugs. I'll name a couple I have had: Sometimes the sound is gone for a minute and then it pops back. My controller randomly disconnects sometimes, You cant place players on the transfermarket because "Your team isn't saved", screen freezes every first game you play.

conclusion: They only made this game for xbox and ps4 but to make more money they just released a, quickly made, very badly optimized game for pc.
