Wait for a sale and mods that fix the bugs.

Is it worth the full price? No! But Update 1.4 brought a lot of good improvements, and as a Star Wars fan, I think it’s finally worth playing. For non-fans, though, I wouldn’t bother.

Let the modding begin

It's in a really early state, so I won't judge it too harshly. The systems and ideas are there; now all they have to do is build on them and improve them. I hope new content doesn't take too long, and that the early access phase helps the game for a great future.

It's not exceptional, but it's not terrible either; it's just a middling game. It may shine brighter with future story updates, but for now, I can't wholeheartedly recommend it at full price!
