It's pretty mid. Like my friends and I have said, it's skyrim but in space. the whole 25 years of thought for a space game and this is the delivery. It's not terrible, I've done all the side quests and achievements and gotten new game plus. and it's all really mid. not much story thriller or missions you wouldn't expect. When I think back on the story I barley remembered what happened. Pretty much what i's saying is, if you like skyrim in 2012 and want more 2012 Bethesda... here you go.

Hunt: Showdown is one of they best FPS, extraction shooters I have ever played. If you look at all of the BR's and extraction shooters in my steam library (excluding Tarkov) you can see what game take most of my attention.

Gun play/PvP: 5/5
Some guns might feel op at first but you'll soon realize all the guns can be op. never a dull moment in close combat or long range combat. Keeps you on edge 100% of the time.

PvE: 3/5
I love the monsters and how they all collaborate against you. You can use them to your advantage against players or take them out to make more freedom in each area for you to listen, scout, or pure fun. The bosses can be fun, but the more you play the easier it gets to just know how to kill each boss with melee or just a sticky. makes it very dull sometimes but I still enjoy the intensity it bring when another team rolls up on you in the middle of the boss fight.

Player Base: 3/5
Most players don't say a word or just ping spam. some are toxic and some are super nice. it's a 50/50. I usually play with friends or solo runs but when I do play with randoms it can be difficult to understand the approach they'll attempt. Sound ques are everything in this game and most player just run around shooting everything thinking it'll be hard to tell where someone is but it can be VERY EASY... especially if you're in 5 star or 6 star lobbies (ranking is 1 - 6 stars).

Events: 4/5
I would say the events are 5/5 but Crytek is still finding it's spot this recent event (Tide of Corruption) has been the best so far. previous events were way to grindy and nearly impossible. I'm glad that they are listing to the community and making the changes consistently.

Atmosphere: 2000000/5
Not gonna say much just look up a video tbh and you'll see why eveyone loves it.

Conclusion: Play the damn game. It's better with friends but you can still enjoy the game solo or with randoms. Do the trails when you first start and do the tutorial, it shows you the basics and make you less scared at first. the game can be a bit spooky when it's your first time so over time you'll lose that small fear.

PLAY THE GAME!!!
Overall rating: 4/5

************NO SPOILERS***********
Short review

I have not played a game so well constructed in so long. Larian Studios out did thee entire industry.

Start off this review with how amazing the combat is:
This is a turn based game and I truly despise turn base combat. But this game does it in the best way possible, giving you unlimited possibilities. I mean that. You can encounter all combat anyway you want. they do not limit you in anyway. This game takes place after DND after all. Larian Game studios was true to the origins of DND. Only crappy thing is you are level capped at lvl 12. So you cant go to crazy on spells and catnaps but it is very difficult to include that into a DND video game. Combat will range from 100's of spells, and bonus's based on you class and subclass. I feel like its hard to describe the combat so I recommend looking up Some of the crazy possibilities people have came up with.

The Story: The games story starts up really slow but ramps up in Act 2. Act 1 is more of a way to get you comfortable with how the rest of the game is going to go. it forces you to explore different side quests and shows you all the different things happening in the area around you. Act 2 Puts you to the test... More puzzles to solve and more combat situations you'll not be handheld through by the game. Act 3 gets a little overwhelming for how big Baldur's gate is, but If you just take it slow exploring section by section it makes it easier to deal with. I had to take a few breaks in Act 3 because I didn't know what to do. They give you so much freedom and do not stop you from anything.

Conclusion: If you are looking to be hooked by an amazing game with great story, combat, freedom, romance, SEX, wizards, demons, gods... This is the game you'll sync several hours into.

(A lot was not included in this review because of how long I could talk about this game, I also don't wanna break the feelings I had playing this game since beta 3 years ago. Thank Larian studios)

This game is amazing. For only at the time of 21 hours You can tell its a game worth buying. At the start some Mechanics of the game like your gas mask, filters, cleaning smoke mask, flash light... can be a challenge to get down but this game you got to take it at a slow pace. You need to plan your moves a head of time and scout down what's around and what can be a vantage point. The first open world part when the game really lets you learn stuff is truly an art of perfection. It introduces and explains with out making it too obvious that it's helping you. If you're think about what difficulty to come at go with the hardest. It forces you to learn and understand the game better. If you need guidance you can always pause and change the difficulty with just a few clicks. Please give a try, You won't regret it. (rtx ray tracing is definitely recommend. Graphics are can make an impact in this game.)
