This game was truly a treasure to find and to play. I'm not normally a player of hack and slash type games, but this was so fun from start to finish. The game has aged beautifully and still is amazing to look at. The story is well written, thoughtful, and emotionally driven. With that said, the game also doesn't take itself very seriously and it is littered with great comedic moments, dramatic flourishes, and every ounce of Bayonetta strutting that you could ever ask for.

It's a wild ride from start to finish and I found myself surprised often at all the changing mechanics and features within the game. Don't ever get comfortable!

The only con for me was the camera controls. They were very jarring for me, and sometimes made fighting borderline impossible without some serious wriggling around. Maybe you'll feel differently though! Enjoy the game!

I enjoyed this game a lot. It is not comparable to the first two for me, as Rockstar took over for this game and it shows. It's a much less personal experience, and lacks the staple Max Payne darkness that I love so much.

But it is a great TPS! The combat is always fun and requires some creativity sometimes to figure out how to get through an area. The story is well written, if a little empty, and I loved the way the cinematics and gameplay flowed together.

Overall, great gameplay, underwhelming Max Payne experience.
