Love the game

excellent jrpg very true to the retrostyle of the era

BEST COMMUNITY AND HAT SIMULATOR YOU'LL EVER FIND, YOU WANT A REAL REASON WHY PEOPLE POOR THOUSANDS OF HOURS INTO THIS GAME? COME AND PLAY IT.

I played for 16 hours in one sitting without using offline afk and I have played a ton of other idler/clicker games so I have some solid grounds to support my believe that this game is bad and unpolished.

It doesn't take 5 minutes at the start of the game that the number required in damage go quite high early on, forcing you to reset as early as stage 4-5 several times and this isn't good, it's boring and uninsteresting and that the game just forces you to reset the first few levels so you can even see the first boss, changing shards complete resets EVERYTHING but your gear meaning that the same awful experience you had is repeated with an even increased difficulty.
Skill Trees and Skill points is such a good idea but how come the execution was one of the worst things I've ever seen, it's so streamline, Mana is a garbage resource and all mana skills are bad, the META is just to get strength mask and then spend all your points in the dextery skill that gives you 100% extra damage per skill point,
anyone new to the game will realize just how bad this skill trees are, 90% of the other skills are terrible in terms of both damage is quite underwhelming to be honest, you expect to be able to play with different playstyles and builds? NO you can't in this game, because the other trees and abilities will do no damage whatsoever after the early stages and I mean like up to 6 or something.
The Market is just awful, offers you 1 black wax item that and a lot of other items heavily priced for shards, the chests you receive as rewards are okay at best, after a certain point don't expect to get many except for the Grim ones which are crap.
The Quest system is one of the worse attempts I've seen to force the player to eventually pay money because other than that it makes absolutely no sense that everytime you complete a quest the timer to receive a new one increases and it keeps increasing, soon you'll have to wait 12+ hours to receive a quest oh and that keeps increasing btw.
This game can be polished to be really good but as now, I don't expect people to sit for more than an hour of actual gameplay and comeback the next day thinking "oh I just can't wait to see what will I get or do today"
Because the gameplay is stagnant.

TL;DR The game is heavily unpolished and overall not worth your time or afk time for that matter.

This game is dead, with a peak of only 19 players at best in the last seven days....
it's so sad to see it like this, but the truth is, La Tale golden time it's gone and we have to move on.

I have played lots and lots of Idle and clicker games, from cookie clicker to clicker heroes and many others.
This game is just terrible, the balance of money you need between each unit and the amount they produce it's just horrible, I played for many many days and finally got all the girls and units, was it worth it? NO it was a waste of time, the girls are good the scenes they have are mediocre and the items you get from them are awful, I have no good things to say about this game at all, it wasn't fun, it wasn't something I could do in between task to kill time, it wasn't even a game it was more like a chore to see how long would it take me to get all the girls, This game needs a complete rebalance in their units and something to keep the player interested after you get all the girls. I would not recommend this game to anyone there are WAY WAY BETTER GAMES out there that will distract you and are idle/clicker games.

Great DLC, totally worth it if you are familiar with the tales series.

This Game is just amazing, I have enjoyed other games like Minecraft, Rust, Terraria, But Don't Starve Together is a complete new experience, I was gifted this game in 2015 and didn't bother to play it until 2 weeks ago and I have put more than 175 hours already, This game is really immersive, dying at first might be a little frustrating but with each death in this game you gain more and more knowledge, I always try to surpass my day count and it took me a lot of hours to just survive my first year in the game, but I have truly enjoyed every moment of it, aside from the main game, there is also the forge and other events and will spice things up whenever you want something different than the just survive, but this game has so much to offer, all the community is really welcoming and the devs are still putting more and more content into it, Klei definitely make a true gem here.
Again this might not be a game for everyone as learning to kite and all the mob patterns might be a little intimidating or just annoying at first but once that you made it through, the game really becomes an inmmersive experience where you can put hours and hours into making your main base, your cave base, exploring, fighting bosses, working towards any goal you want to put for yourself, I truly regret not trying the game back in 2015 because I could've put so much more time and enjoy more of the old content before but I guarantee you that this game is well worth your money and they are generous enough to give you an extra copy of it for you to play with your friends, I give it a 9 out of 10 and I keep looking forward to put at least 1000 hours or more into this game, I can see myself playing it for years to come.

At first you might hate the game, this game is hard and requires you to memorize a lot of patterns, sharpen your reflexes and learn the hard way, but i promise you that you will eventually get to really enjoy the game, the classes, traits,tactics, boss fights, items, enchancements, everything in this game is a masterpiece, totally worth my money.
If you look for a challenging game that will keep you entertained for more than 1 hour, this is your game.
