Have to agree, that this game is like shooting sunshine right to your veins. Entering the sequel with a boy named "Evan" (a walking ray of sunshine) trying to build a new kingdom. The combat system takes time to get used to and strategize to get the advantage in battle. The game has a lot of content pre and post game with its kingdom building and side quests. Ni no Kuni II is a very good japanese role-playing game, one full of satisfying mechanics and fun battles with good humor to boot. The game is just so fun to play and its easy to get sucked right into. Downside is that the cutscenes aren't fully voiced unlike its predecessor but you can immediately get over with that due to its content.

The game is pretty forgiving, with a compelling story. Lots of content after post game. The game is a mix of command-based and real-time elements with it's combat system with a pokemon-esque feature. A bright colored JRPG by studio GHIBLI with its fully voiced cutscenes unlike its sequel, definitely gotta check this one out. Enter the world of Ni No Kuni!!
