Horrible matchmaking system. I wanted to try the game and immediately i'm playing against enemies with over 1000+ hours for almost every game.
Characters are locked behind a paywall and the honor system is needlessly confusing. It's nice that you can honor opponents as well but why are all users scattered and not sorted by team!

I enjoy the concept and characters but it's no fun getting stomped and then flamed every game by all the no-lifers playing this game 24/7

The battling system is quite fun, with skilltrees for each unit that can be customized to your playstyle or team setup.

But there are several underlying issues:
- Story is incredibly linear
- Because of the linear story, many monsters cannot be unlocked until you've progressed areas
- By the time you unlock the monsters lategame, the partylevel will be at a point where it's not really worth grinding
- Getting stuck in areas due to the vague indications on what the player has to do next is frustrating
- Majority of the time the player will be walking from zone-to-zone. There are very few fast-travel locations but the player has the option to use an item to fast-travel. There are a finite amount of those.
- The artstyle is fun, but it gets boring since the game uses zones/areas to seperate parts of the story. Meaning that the player will be looking at the same style and facing the same monsters for long periods of time which feels very tedious and grindy.

Tons of fun and tons of hackers

If you enjoy long campaigns with a great stories behind them, shooters, RPG skill-tree systems, loot and EXPLOSIONS; this is the game for you!
Borderlands 2 has many likeable characters such as:
Soldier 76 (Soldier)
Mexican Standoff (Salvador)
Blue Emo Chic (Maya)
Edgy Space Ninja (Zer0)
Each character also has a unique skill set as well as decimating ultimate skills that can easily shred the face of any handsome man. With an insanely large variety of enemies as well as weapons and their grades, this game will keep you glued to the screen for hours on end.

Many challenges lie ahead; while some quite literal challenges, you must endure the painstaking sass talk by the evil-doer and his empire of Hyperion. Mowing down any enemy you come accross and hoarding everything within a 3 mile radius only to realize that Legendary weapons are a thing and that you will have to clear your calendar for the next couple weeks in order to collect every single one of them.

If that hasn't yet intruiged you to buy the game then this will:
Multiplayer
Both online as well as LAN are possible with this game. Not to mention that it has full controller support!
Now you and your friends can spend every waking moment blowing things to pieces.
