The fact that this game has overwhelmingly positive reviews truly baffles me. The only good thing about it are the visuals, as they are indeed quite lovely, but the rest is extremely weak; The puzzles (if can even be called such) are easy, the story is rather underwhelming and short, the music although nice is repetitive, game play is meh at best.

This is an overpriced and overpraised mediocre mobile game that I would only recommend if you are into extremely effortless "puzzle" games, or if you are an achievement hunter. Otherwise, don't waste your money like I did; There are much better, engaging and cheaper games out there that will make your money and time worth it.

I don't think I can put into words how exceptional this game is, but I'll try.
For me, 'TROUBLESHOOTER: Abandoned Children' is what every turn-based game should be like; It has a great gameplay experience, a wholesome engaging story, outstanding artwork, superb soundtrack, and a replay value to envy.
As if that weren't enough, you also get the most caring developers ever. I'm genuinely in awe with the constant wave of updates, and the overall communication they provide.
Dandylion, not sure how you do it, but thank you.

As much as I want to recommend this mess of a game due to the fact that I do have fun (sometimes) playing it, and that almost 5 years later it's still relevant. I can't. This game is extremely flawed anywhere you look at it, its glitchy, unbalanced, and toxic. Solo queuing as a survivor is the most infuriating thing you can do cause you get paired with potatoes that self-care in the corner; Being a killer means get ready to get t-bagged by survivors while you are a baby killer cause the matchmaking is non-existent. Or get accused by SWF of camping or tunneling because not all of them escaped. Long story short, If you aren't super competitive, have patience, anger management, and love to hate things then I say give it a try; Cause you will find a "je ne sais quoi" that will make you come back regardless of how trash it is. Otherwise I say stay away....for your own good.

PD: This is not a competitive game as most of the community likes to make it seem. There's no e-sports so no need to be a tryhard. Have fun, and for Pete's sake do gens.

I entered the world of Yakuza with this game, I didn't know what to expect besides of what it seemed to be a really good looking husbando, fighting, and sceneries of Kabukicho and Dōtonbori.

But oh boy let me tell you, I definetively wasn't expecting for this to become my favorite game series of all times.

I wish I could put into words all the fun I've had with this game; And I wish I could list all this game has to offer, but so you get an idea, in a mere 200 hours I ran a cabaret, became a real estate guru, saw a lot of...videos, danced, sang, pocket raced, played arcade games, ate, drank, fought and fought and FOUGHT.

So what can you expect from Yakuza 0? A compeling history, character development, silliness, frustration, distress, ¥ ¥ ¥ ¥ flying everywhere, and MAHJONG, so much Mahjong.

What not to expect? A sudden love for Jan Ken Pon.

Overall this game has everything you need, everything you didn't know you needed, and the cat fight club nobody asked for.
