This game is truly "The Phantom Pain"; Chapter 1 is servicable, while Chapter 2 is regurgitated. The sheer amount of customization and playstyle options is overwhelming but you have to pay for these options. There is some amazing exposition and dialogue but it is given to you via casettes that you must listen to on your own time. Almost everything about this game exists in some balancing act much like fulcrum attempting to balance out.

The gameplay is superb however, full stop. It is becasue of this why this is one of the greatest games I have ever played and deserves full marks. Isn't that why we play videogames at the end of the day, gameplay?

What an excellent game in my book. I could play this for hours and never get bored. I think DICE/EA should reconsider this brand as the arcade shooter companion to the mainline Battlefield series because it plays well and isn't too deep or hardware demanding to play! 9/10 game. It's just good ol' fashioned fun!

To anyone reading this, make sure you play this game. It is one of the most philosophical, thoughtful and riveting adventures in the gaming universe. To pass this gem up will be a mistake and you will not understand why gaming connoisseurs Crème brûlée at the sight of this masterpiece. Play it and be sucked in.
