Didnt play before Wastelanders but its pretty enjoyable so far. The new quests have a sort of a humor to them reminiscent of older Fallout and most importantly the inclusion of human NPC's makes the game feel much more alive. From what I've seen theres two reputation bars, one for the Settlers and one for the Raiders. I really hope they flesh them out more and add more factions as time goes on.

Took me about 5 1/2 - 6 hours to beat the story, theres very little in the way of enemy variety and the bossfights are pretty much all exactly the same, but im a roman fanboy so I still recommend getting it when its cheap as just a short time killer with a pretty interesting coop mode.

OLD REVIEW: This is easily my most played game behind Dark Souls 2 on the 360 so I just wanted to write something for the people considering on buying this since the new season is later in the summer. Honestly, I absolutely love this game with everything in me and I'll never stop playing it if I can help it. BUT, if you have any respect for yourself and your mental state PLEASE dont buy this, at least, not at full price. People at Ubisoft clearly love this game, but they dont love it enough to actually fix things wrong with it, every update brings something broken to it that they will wait 3 months to fix since they only do patches that actually matter when a new season starts. Ubisoft, for the love of god give this game the attention it deserves. <3

UPDATE: Im editing my previous review because the game is currently in a much better state, but i am leaving my old review in order to show that with a bit of care and love a game that I hated to give a bad review for finally earned some credit. A few months ago the game had mixed reviews, almost all of the recent ones at the time were negative and the player count was dwindling. But the game has pulled off a great comeback and now i can finally recommend buying this game. I heavily advise against getting the starter edition and would rather say buy the standard edition if you see it on sale as it often is when a new season starts. Year 4 for this game that starts on the 6th is going to be oriented on fixing more issues of the game while still adding more content and 2 new heroes. The first season of year 4 is appropriately named "Hope" and is one of these bug fix seasons. The combat of this game is something you wont find in any other fighting game is absolutely addicting.
