Like a few other people here, I WAS originally disappointed by the lack of content in comparison to Farm Together 1. HOWEVER, the devs are making pretty much daily updates to the game now, with bug fixes, quality of life improvements, and recently adding cows back into the game. They seem super engaged with their community, and their first game was ace, so I completely trust them to do an amazing job of this game over time.

If you're a big fan of the first game, you'll enjoy this one. If you're new to the series, you'll also love this game. The only way I could see it being a mediocre purchase is if you weren't much of a fan of the first game, as this one in it's current state doesn't expand off of it by much.

Can't wait to see where the game goes. Keep it up devs!

1. The most common bricks are made from clay and heated at a thousand degrees centigrade.
2. Bricks are energy efficient because they hold sunlight throughout the day and release that energy after the sun goes down.
3. 8 million bricks were used to build the Great Wall of China – in 200 BC!
4. Bricks have frogs. The indentation in the surface of a brick is called a frog, and debate rages over whether the bricks should be laid frog-up or frog-down.
5. The minerals used to create a brick determine its colour. Red bricks are red because of the iron in them, and higher temperature firings produce darker colored bricks.
6. There is minimal waste in the brick production process as only an insignificant amount of minerals and moisture vanish during the heating process
7. There are face bricks, common bricks, paving bricks, fire bricks and refractory bricks – each designed for a specific purpose.
8. In 2007, a new type of brick was invented using fly ash, a by-product of coal power plants.
9. Brick can withstand extreme temperature changes and is considered one of the most durable building products
10. The Romans created mobile kilns which allowed them to introduce kiln fired bricks to the whole of the Roman Empire
11. The brick Gothic period started in the 12th century when bricks were reintroduced to Northern Germany from Northern Italy. Later, during the Renaissance period, bricks fell out of favour and were generally covered by plaster.
12. Handmade bricks are still commonly used in the United Kingdom.
13. The most common type of bricks are made from clay. The clay is heated to over a thousand degrees centigrade.
14. Different bricks are made for different purposes. There are water-repellent bricks. Bricks that are specifically crafted to handle extreme temperatures. Bricks for a masonry fireplace. And even decorative bricks which add style to a stone façade.
15. Red bricks get their colour from the iron used to make them. Bricks made with higher temperature firings are often darker in colour too!
16. Bricks made with higher temperature firings are often darker in colour!
17. The indentation on the surface of a brick is called a frog.
18. In 200 BC, workers used 8 million bricks to create the Great Wall of China.
19. Bricks for the house market are often considered one of the MOST durable building products available.
20. A quality chimney brick should have good thermal shock resistance to support the brick fireplace.
21. Bricks help create great energy efficiency. They can hold sunlight through the daytime and release that energy at nighttime.
22. A water repellent seal can be used on bricks exposed to the elements. This sealant can help them withstand heavy rainfalls.

I decided to purchase this game after owning it on PS4 for several years, I was expecting an experience that was way more streamlined, functional, and overall enjoyable than in comparison to its console counterpart - it was the original platform the game was released on after all right? How wrong I was.

I'm writing this, after yet again spending another evening of spending upwards of an hour just to attempt to load into any game, to only be kicked back out to the menu after roughly ~15-20 mins of loading time, with no error message at all. And this is just one of many game-breaking bugs I've encountered over the years, on console and PC, not to mention the many I've heard about - meshing, people losing hours worth of grinding through disappearing characters, dinosaurs, you name it.

It's experiences like this that I feel truly ruin the potential of this game. Don't get me wrong, I love the premise, I think they've made some great design choices, the variety of dinosaurs, replayability, there's so much credit to this game; squandered by what feels like a publisher/dev team who only focus on sales. A quick glance into the community of this game will show you just how little regard Wildcard have for the experiences of their players, every Twitter, Facebook, etc... post is full of people begging for various bugs to be fixed, whom 90% of the time are just ignored. This just feels like another classic case of DLC/income first, functionality later (if ever). It feels as if the excitement from the addition of every new item, dino, map, or DLC is quickly stomped on by the disappointment of finding X, Y and Z don't actually work due to bugs.
