It's good even if buggy at times.

Starfield for me is weakest in its World Building and levelling system.

For one the Levelling just feels like the cookie cutter replacement that will be in all future Bethesda titles, It's ok to have slightly complicated levelling systems, not everything has to be a perk tree. Fallout lost some of it's character minute you substituted skill points and perks for just straight up perk points, it was boring. Same goes for this.

Secondly, the world building just feels bland, once i've done a quest or story there's no need for me to stick around. Everyone in Constellation is a goody goody, so playing the Pirates just makes them mad.

Basically, it's ok for your games to have different systems. Perk Points are boring as hell. And give me some flexibility in the story rather than every companion really just be the Paragon option, it's ok to be morally grey in a game.

This game is becoming more and more of a time/money sink. The more economy changes they make the worse the grind gets, regardless of the premiums or money spent on the game.

Additional: Top tier was also ruined by drones and if the only way we can formally protest this and be heard is via steam reviews to ward off new players then we should continue to do so. It's ridiculous that we're being treated like children by a company that rarely listens to feedback.

It's a good game at it's core, but currently it's buggy and the features you would expect on release are not there.

But as everyone else has pointed out, the Premium currency shop was available day 1 with 0 bugs.

So really that should tell you the shift in focus this company had from Vermintide 2, maybe it got delayed 3 times because the cash shop wasn't ready with its initial measly offering of 3 middle of the road premium skins.

Wait for sale, you'll want to spend some money on decent looking skins anyway.

Update: Don't buy the Imperial Edition, you're getting ripped off compared to xbox players.

If you're buying this game to play with friends, don't. Every time we finished a mission and tried to speak to Teclis for the next one we had to restart as the speaking prompt was not appearing.

Despite the bugs, I would and have recommended this game to friends. I found it an enjoyable experience and plan to complete it again soon.

Hopefully with time and hard work, CDPR will broaden this experience with patches and DLC on par with that available for The Witcher.

This game took me and a friend a very long time to play through because of our differing amounts of time available.

But it was well worth those two years and one restart to have Sir Lora and the Great Acorn.
