This game is amazing for so many reasons but there are a few problems that irk me, namely lack of item effects and invincibility frames. The issue with items is that you can barely notice they're there, not all items have this problem but the ones that are based on percentage tend to, for example when I got a cursed item that slowed me down for every cursed item I had, I had 2 during this run, I did not notice a change in movement speed at all. The problem with invincibility frames is that there are none not even during your signature moves which are and should be treated as extremely powerful abilities that you can't be knocked out of, also there is no invincibility frames during the dash which can be frustrating but after a couple of runs you get used to.

This game is awesome because of all the content it has and the diversity in the characters, for example one run you could be this glass-cannon tech boosted wizard or you can be an anime swordfighter from space, the items also add diversity to each run since at this moment there is no way to control what items you will get for the most part. Everything is fun and games until the blazing stone titan comes out.

This game is great, not only are there a multitude of characters and artifact to keep you interested every run is different and even though it gets annoying to die a lot when you start eventually you'll get that one run which peaks interest in the game and helps unlock more artifacts and or characters. The only problem is the multiplayer, portforwarding? Really? It's just too much hassle even with the new issue which gives friends joining your game an error message. Either way I'm still excited for the second one and hope these issues are fixed by then
