Beautiful experience, thanks

I really loved the story and the gameplay (while taking some time to get used to) definitely felt satsifying.

Finally got around to getting past the imo boring beginning area and the game really opens up. Loading times can be a bit of a pain when swapping to other worlds but the variety and use of this mechanic in puzzles makes up for it. Solid game.

Had this game for a few weeks now but only really started getting into it recently. The depth of the game is surprising and it just branches off with the various crafting paths and talents. The talent system and lore behind the game really set it apart from its competition. The game still has its bugs but the developer is very dedicated to his CREAtion's progress (bugfixes as well as new features) and has streams detailing his efforts very often, during which times he has very refreshing open communication with the viewers.

Bottom line, if you're interested but worried about the currently almost saturated market of 2d sandbox platformers then let your fears be assuaged; this game is definitely different than the rest. Trust me, I have experience in this field. I look forward to putting more time into this game.

I really like it, the fun is definitely there (as well as the difficulty). Unfortunately, the bugs are also there, including one where if you die then continue your character is revived with no health and that stops them from being able to interact with the world. You can't go to the next area, talk to people etc. I managed to switch chars to continue but when I tried talking it switched back to the (dead) chick and the game pretty much froze.

But even for all that, I can really tell there's a lot of soul put into this and I'm getting a kick diving into the world. The action is quite nice, but I would say that's not the jewel of the game as the story is really shining brighter. So this may not be your cup of tea if you dislike story in games.

It's really tough. But pretty fun too, if you like a good challenge. All maze puzzles, but very inspired and creative at times. You'll be tasked to follow a certain set of rules then five puzzles later those rules will be flipped on their head. Then five puzzles after that you'll be using the rules with new rules and it'll be a lot to handle, but you'll overcome and you'll feel great about yourself and your superior genius. Then once you best those puzzles you'll step a few feet and find puzzles you've never seen before and have no idea how to handle. You may or may not cry.

It's very hard, yet rewarding. Fans of difficulty will enjoy this. The connection has been made before, and I think it's rather obvious, but yes this is a Souls-like game. I've only put shy of 2 hours into it hence far and most of that was spent going against Red-eyes, these vicious Mause* that are basically minibosses. Felt so good finally slaying them though.

9/10, could use more cheese.

It's a really fun game. The various minigames are pretty cool too. Satan is funny. I don't know how to fully explain it, you need to try that's all. I may or may not have inadvertantly leaked access to the game, but hey, that's all part of the fun right?

From what I've seen, the dev is a really cool person too. So it's a full thumbs up all around! Worth the five bucks in my opinion.

Edit: Oh yeah, and the game told me to take a break so satan could do more stuff, so that's why I only have 1 hour atm. I'll be jumping back in whenever I feel like satan is done with all the fun he has in store.

Edit 2: Okay well geeze, only half of you think this is helpful? It's a fun game, but you just need to experience it, or you'll be spoiled.

My final point, after completing the game (but not fully achieving everything it seems) is that yes, it's a fun game and I like it. <3

Do you know someone you wish you could be closer to but nothing ever happens there? It's as if fate keeps you two apart?

If not, you should play this game to see how that feels. If so, play this game if you wanna feel even more miserable.
