One of the best new takes on ARPGs for a refreshing feel. There are many problems still, but can't find a better game. It honestly is one of the best Fair to Play games. You will need tabs for the vast amounts of loot and they aren't free. Hard Core is the best way to play as you get to keep your character when it dies, as it moves you to the standard league right after. No wasted game time like other ARPGs with HC Leagues. Worth the $29.

The first game is worth it if you mod in a bunch of characters and the 2D sprite ascetic works here. The sequel is a steaming pile of trash in mid winter, go to throw it out and the bag rips leaving its unwanted garbage everywhere. They claim to be reinventing the platform genre but just like every other company that thinks they can do better than smash it falls short. Brawlhalla is still king of the platform fighters and that game even has it's issues, at least its free and no one has to feel bad about wasting money. This is no Melee or Ultimate, so I would say pass and skip the sequel too.

Seriously the game is amazing and an incredible F2P game that is actually free. The only major issue that makes me down vote is due to game mechanics that are just awful. Jumping doesn't allow you to avoid ground attacks, they hit you regardless of how high in the air you are. Characters have no weight or poise and get knocked around by everything and anything. Skill and abilities just get turned off or don't even activate when these interruptions occur. Enemies can attack through most terrain with AOE but players can't. Some Descendants are just abysmally bad and useless to the point where meta chasing is the content. This makes an otherwise awesome game just not worth my thumbs up. If they correct these issues I will update my review.

This game is not at all good, being the first to do something interesting gives it a leg up as there isn't another option. Honestly the Free to Play is more over a demo to try the game rather than actually play as the Legendary option is Clearly Pay to Win, especially if you buy the custom races. The gameplay on offer is sub par, more akin to a mobile game from 2005 when iPhones started having games. Visually the game is nice. Hit reg, damage values, skills and abilities are sluggish and slow. If the game was a dungeon delve with no timers and you could approach at the slog pace it would be some what passable. As it stands, uniqueness and influencer hype is the only reason this game has people playing or interested. Unfortunately this means the developer will think this shiny pile of garbage is acceptable. If things change it might be worth buying in, but I would steer clear and wait for competitors to do it better.

This is an example of copying great games like Rimworld and Terraria for ingredients. Except the special chemical X is vomit and fecal matter and the outcome is Necesse. Don't buy for any reason.

"GARBAGE: $%!* Drip" is another turd that dribbles its way down the gaming dumpster highway. Please avoid with all possibility, I only have it due to humble bundle and advise all to avoid this crud stain. Go get Hotline Miami and its wonderful sequel if you need some top down mayhem.

An incredible sequel, highly recommend for those that love boomer shooters.

It's a great game to pick to support the developer for other projects, Dusk is another great game. Highly recommend games from them. Always worth the time and money.

Go play the First Dying Light, this game is one of the worst sequels. Don't buy, even on sale, inconsistent performance/hit registration and parkour movement. Hope this is the last we see from this Developer. Finally made it to the para-glider, game gets worse with terrible dialogue and character development that seems like Chat GPT did it with a kid asking for help with a school essay.

Fantastic take on Survivors genre, the different characters play uniquely enough and the gear and spells offer nice variety for each run. I look forward to new changes and enhancements as development continues.
