Terrible... bad controls, annoying loop. lack of creative design. The writing for the story has an interesting concept, too bad a lack luster attempt at a game was holding it down. I wish this developer gets torn apart and loses all programming abilities.

Note: Don't Pay for this, it's free on mobile on any app store. It is a mobile game ported to PC.
This is a miserable, boring excuse of a copy cat of several other games in the who done it guessing games. Would have refunded if I could. Friends convinced me to get it. They don't even play it anymore.

Spyro 1 and 2 are great recreations of the originals. Brought back some fond memories... then there's the 3rd. There is a special place in hell for garbage like this. I wasn't able to play the original, perhaps that's a good thing, but this version is straight cancer. I can't say that the 3rd was this bad back then. I can only say it is terrible now. NOTE: Huge bug found with the tornado lifts in game, randomly spyro will just stop gliding after being lifted and makes beating the level impossible. A restart fixes this but WTF Activision this is unacceptable. As for the developer's Toy's for Bob and Iron Galaxy should just get dismantled and closed.

Visuals look Good for the pixel simulation engine, it's amazing. The Pixel simulation is a huge highlight... however that is the only good thing. Hopefully someone will develop a mod that will take what's here and deliver a better experience. Would have gotten a refund if I didn't step away for dinner and leave the game running.

It is fantastic, capcom did an amazing job with this remake. This is a must buy definitely.
If only they didn't screw up RE3 remake.

Buy on sale not worth full price.
To go into depth it has a lot to do with the fact the game pales in comparison to RE2 Remake. The content has a lot cut, enemy balance is foobar. Unlike the tyrant Mr. X, the Nemesis is incredibly boring and not fun at all to deal with. Just a major annoyance that's so scripted you will just want him to become Mr. X by the end. The game is an enjoyable romp in most cases, but it's price point is to steep for it's shallow pay off. The multiplayer replacement is no mercenaries mode and I don't see it becoming very popular.
Having 100% achievements, my opinion of the game continues to stand. I'm happy they are doing the remakes, I just want the same level of care that was placed on RE:2 for each installment.

Sadly I can't recommend the game. It's got such a great concept for what the game is but at its core the controls are just abysmal. If only movement wasn't a burden this game would be 4/5. Right now its a 2/5. I will be requesting a refund.

As per Developer response; The major issues with movement came down to needing accuracy and speed against a clock. Up until this point I thought the controls were okay at best thinking that it was intended to be so clunky and goofy. When a mission with a clock popped up, progress now halted and required this frustrating level. My son and his friends didn't want to play anymore. Even with the simple movement of the left analog stick it was just to unreliable for making the character reach the goal. The monster would go into a tail spin every few steps no matter how much effort anyone put into controls. This was tried with just triggers only, joystick, and a mixture of both. It just became to disheartening to get so close but not be able to reach the goal.

I get that its physics based controls and everything was okay with its wacky movement. Just not a good fit for a precision goal. People fall flat has physics based movement and i feel like that would be the best example I am familiar with to compare where its a little more reliable.

It's got mining, it's got Dwarves, its got bugs, it's got guns, it's got good procedural generation. If any of this has your interest, buy it and never look back.
