Holy moly I'm only a third into this game and it's EDF 5 multiplied by 11. The events unfolding have got me super gripped, wondering what's gonna happen next! The Epic controversy seems overblown, I understand people not want to make an account, but the game can automatically make a dummy account only needing you to confirm you aren't underage lol.

EDIT: I've beaten the game and it's the best EDF ever. Play 5 first if you haven't played it though.

I don't know what Sony's trying to cook but someone gotta stop them before they burn the house down. Adding a forced 3rd party account restriction months after the release date is something else.

Edit: Sony backed off so I'm changing this review to positive for now until they find another way to ruin the game.

One of the best remasters I've ever played, all the artwork is scaled up beautifully, each piece looking as I remember, the soundtrack is in such high quality, and Ezekiel's Wheel STILL ♥♥♥♥♥ me up like no other mission.

Have you ever wanted to shoot giant insects? Look no further.

They've fixed a lot of the issues at launch in updates, such as sniper rifles taking you into a disorienting scope realm, now they have the option to be able to see through the scope itself.

I had a lot of fun with this game, and while I wouldn't put it as high as Half-Life: Alyx, the campaign was still a blast, especially the later missions.
The weapon variety are the essentials you'd expect in a World War 2 shooter, but not much more, what's there is fun to shoot and reload.

A very blessed game, if you enjoyed the first two Paper Mario games, you'll love this game without a doubt!

10/10 on the SOUL meter.

Takes the best parts of the original game, and merges it with the improvements the sequels have brought over the years.

Adds a whole slew of content, perfect for anyone who thought the base game was too easy.
