Its a minimalist game, yes.

Its weird. You move arround in a tile based dungeon. You have to click your character for EVERY.SINGLE.TURN instead of just keeping them selected.

If multiple player characters are in a stage there is no indicator of who already made his turn and who can still move. Its not too tough to track with 2 characters obviously, but still - you have to track it.

My biggest problem with the game is "combat". Getting past enemies and/or defeating them essentialy only comes down to annoyingly waiting and spamming turns where you just move arround on 1 spot waiting for the AI to make a dumb move. Thats all there is to it.

Its just waiting for the AI to be stupid.

If you walk into their range, enemies will kill you - so thats when they're smart, which is ok. So you sit 1 tile just out of their range and just wait and wait until they move into your attack range, asking to be killed.

Theres also a timer counting up for how many turns you took to complete the stange, which makes sense at first, but given the random nature of how long it takes for enemies to be dumb its really not based on you. Its really just a waiting game mostly.

There is also no reward for killing enemies. So I guess just move past them if you can do so safely. Its faster than waiting for their AI to walk into your attack range.

As I said - I know its a minimalist game, so no crazy expectations, but even for that its a little underwhelming.

FF Tactics, but better

If you like YGO from back then (2005 GX) dont play this, its nothing like it.

If you like playing Solitaire and/or watching other people play Solitaire and sort cards for 10min+ every turn, give the game a try.

Took me only 3,6 hours to figure that out.

Tons of new content :
-New Items
-New Rooms
-New Bosses
-New Challenges
-New everything!

Many quality of life changes :
-Pets or other small items that follow you arround dont't move your bombs arround anymore if they walk against/over them.
-Once bombed open, the entrance to a secret room stays open now!
- Pressing ESC in the pause menu doesn't cause the game anymore to ask you, if you want to quit, it resumes the game again!
-Giving your money to baggers or putting it into slot machines takes much shorter time now!

The only things that I don't like about the remake .
-I'm no fan of the new pixel graphics
-The new soundtrack sucks compared to the old one.

Besides from that, a great remake!

The concept of this game is really cool. Its kinda like a GTA online shooter, its completly open world and the customization possibilities are HUGE! You can literally create everything for your character!

A big downside of this game is the ingame shop. Im playing at gold rank without any premium stuff and weapons and 90% of my opponents are just people with premium to get more money and Golden Weapons with max Upgrades from the store. Not having these can make the game very frustrating since your opponents will just be stronger in any way without much skill. They reg Health faster, their weapons deal more dmg, their accuracy is higher. For example there is a premium SHOTGUN, that hits you for almost full dmg without being in melee combat, which is highly frustrating to play against. This is just an example.

The principle of the game is still fun, but the P2W model ruins it a lot in my opinion.

One of the most trickiest puzzle games I've seens o far.

An extremly awesome puzzle/RPG-game, fun to play.

Features everything that made the old Resident Evil Games so good. It's scarry, mysterious and is no pointless shooting like RE5 and 6. Great game.
