Small multi-million dollar family company, please understand.
Greatly improved since release when I bought it, however the game still has that trademark Paradox flair of hidden modifiers, unbalanced AI weighting and simple yet impossible fixes for minor issues (these will always negatively impact you but not the AI).
Purchase from G2A whenever possible

Too unbalanced for new players for my taste, you will regularly be stomped on by people 30-40 levels higher than you. Perhaps a matchmaker that ranked players and put them into games with similarly skilled players would balance things out more, but at present I cannot recommend this game to anyone unfamiliar with the series.

Frequent crashes but should improve later on.

Causes my D drive with a couple hundred Gigs to disappear until i comb through my C drive and delete anything related to it.

It's the best GITS game but that doesn't say very much.

Beautiful soundtrack mixed with simple gameplay and a great story.

If it ain't broke don't fix it clearly isn't trusted at Paradox.
