It has great character development, graphics are beautiful and game-play is really fun. One of my biggest complaints is that the game is very buggy. Mouths wouldn't move when people talked, people would t-pose, if you approached people too quickly they would look like chunky pixels, phones and cigars would leave the hands of those holding them and float midair, sometimes there would be no noise during cut-scenes or during moments in the mission. Side-missions are fun BUT I wish it had a bigger impact on the end of the game. One more thing I will mention (this is preference) but I wish the driving was little smoother, hoping it felt like driving a car in GTA5. I would give the game a 7/10 Finally thoughts, for a game that took 7 years to come out, I thought it would be almost bug free.
