The game used to be so good, but with lacking support from Valve and bots running rampant, I can't in good faith recommend this game to anyone. #FixTF2

The game itself is great, but Sony choosing only now to enforce a policy which players for the longest time thought was optional is horrible, especially when PSN is only available in certain countries. It's sad to see a great game fall to a choice that isn't even theirs.

This game is absolutely fantastic, probably one of the best platformers out there.

TL;DR: Good game ruined by massive community disconnect by the developers.

God, this game was absolutely fantastic. Fun events, cool towers, good game-play, and even some pretty catchy music. These are all good things I can say about the game. However, the devs seem to have hit a disconnect with the community and are now making events harder and harder, making them less accessible to newer/casual players (the majority of players) to pander to the elite (like maybe 100-1000 people), while also taking out some of the fun of the game. Once you complete every map, there's not much else to do other than the events after all.

The events I'm mainly speaking about are the two main events, Boss Bloons, and the new Contested Territory. The Bloons were a great addition from Bloons Monkey City (great game btw, would reccomend) and started off really fun. However, in the recent months, they've made what is supposed to be the normal mode a massive pain to beat even for some of the games higher tier players. And with the current Boss (at the time), they've made it impossible to get the upgrades to counter the bosses for the towers that have them.

Contested Territory is about the same way, even though it was released much more recently. It's you and 7 others taking tiles on a hex grid by doing challenges. While really good in concept, if you have a smaller team or are going against some of the elite, you might as well give up on doing it. They will find a way to control half the board, no matter what you do.

If you want a better time, play Bloons Tower Defense 5 instead.

Honestly an amazing game. Great story, great visuals, absolute ear-candy for a soundtrack, and just fun to pick up and play. You can and will struggle a lot, but that's honestly part of the fun.

My friend says it's good, not my cup of tea but I can see the effort. The game is well made but not for everyone.

As a game, Terraria is a masterpiece. Combining 2D platforming and combat with the sandbox genre is a hard task, but this game managed to do it nearly perfectly. The only game I could see being able to compare with this is Starbound, and while it is fun, you do need mods to enjoy it. Terraria doesn't need that, and is still more enjoyable.
