Edit: The developers have increased the number of levels in the DLC and increased the replay value, so my only problem has been alleviated.

A great expansion with a lot of new functional depth added to an already great game. The largest caveat is the lack of levels—but as a sandbox game, a large part of Besiege is making fun for yourself with the toybox provided to you.

I love Risk of Rain so much, this does not disappoint.

A very enjoyable experience all around. Often you will spend 10-40 seconds in menus (for a lot of the time), but if you're not one to shy away from sometimes just getting ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over, then it's a super enjoyable time.
The community is also REALLY good. I really haven't met someone who was—in genuinity—rude or mean.

It's a good game, I've had a blast with my time for like 25 hours. I know very little about high-level play (I am however top 4k teams Batman in NA lets go?), but I'd wager that it's not airtight in terms of balance. There are flaws: the monetization can either be manageable, or excessive, but if you play a decent quantity and don't plan to die over skins, you'll be fine even as a f2p. Evidently the Middle-East and Asia are being cucked out of their money, which is uncool, but it has been "officially" out for one day as of this review, so I foresee these servers coming soon enough.

The developers focusing on gameplay and skins are doing a REALLY good job when it comes to recreating these characters (and making them all unique), so props on that front. It could be a main-stay game on steam if it retains its player-base (and with a better grind-loop than NASB, that's certainly a possibility).

I'm very happy it's receiving high player numbers as the team's continued progress is practically tied to their cash-flow—it sort of excuses the monetization in my opinion.

This game was teetering on being a bit of a difficult buy, but if the developers finisht their roadmap then in due time it’ll be plenty worthwhile. It shows as an early access title, but it has the opportunity to come out as a very solid release.

It may be an April fools joke, but just like Totally Accurate Battlegrounds, this game is superb.

I've been playing it nonstop since it released, and I can admit that it has performance issues. There isn't really a "but". The only thing you can do is mess around with Elden Ring's settings and your own PC's settings, and that's how most issues can be alleviated, at best.

It depends on whether or not that's a dealbreaker for you, but in my time it has been a SUPERB game, just not a hot port.

I don't really think it's deserving of 60% mixed reviews because of this, but it's really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ that such a good game is held down by a bad port.
