*UPDATE 12-24-2016* Well looks like Red Level Games is avoiding steam at all costs, with no updates to the game I would call this game development dead. Apparently the devs are still updating people on Kickstarter (But I haven't heard of any builds being updated) so now my only guess is Red Level Games are trying to save face.

So looks like Dragon the Game is just another failed Early Access story. Just add it to the pile.

TL;DR version:
Kickstarter campaign has (expensive) stage walls for some of the features below. Game hasn't really improved in a year. To my disapointment, it's to risky to pay 18 dollars.

Long version:

I purchased this game the first day of release, I wanted the final product to be a decent indie game. Sure it would have flaws but it would be enjoyable at least. When I first booted up the game boy was in for a surprise... not for how far along the team was in developing this game, instead for how little and broken everything was; flying was awful, the camera was confusing to use, there was little to do, and everything about the visuals was just ugly. At first I figure; this game is in early development and it's just needs more work, no worries I'll just watch it develop over time. However over a year later and I would be lying if I said things got better. Sure they did add some new NPCs, some new sturctures. However flying is still broken, the scale of your dragon to the world seems off, and the game doesn't feel anymore improved.

So normally I would brush this game off as a bad purchase and I would have learned a lesson, or maybe still give the dev team the benefit of the doubt. I honestly don't know that much about game development, so maybe there is more stuff under the hood they are working on that we just don't see yet. The main problem for me is. Even after being on the Steam store for over a year. Red Level Games has decided to start a campaign on Kickstarter. (To be honest I think they are the only ones to have started on Steam, then moved to Kickstarter. I know the reverse happens or maybe even they launch at the same time) It seems really strange to me. I know games cost money to make, you need to keep people employeed in order to work on a game, you also need a place for them work. I get it and I don't care that they have this campaign of the side for people who want to help some more. My real issue is, some of the features listed below (As of the date of writing this review) are now suddenly blocked off by a stage wall. Even though their Kickstarter Goal is 30K some of the features such as; adding more Dragon body types/species is a 750K milestone on their Kickstarter.

I don't know what Red Level Games was thinking. This game isn't really popular, it isn't really drawing the attention needed for a Kickstarter to get the majority of it's milestone/stages funded. It's only popular in a niche market, so the people who would have been willing to donate to the kickstarter probably have already purchased the game and even a smaller percentage of them will be willing to give even more of their money to this project.

After this Kickstarter I'm now worries on the progress that will be made here. I feel like it would be a huge risk to anyone now to spend 18 dollars on this game. However all of this could work out, the game gets finished and it's amazing. I would be so overjoyed and woul gladly admit I'm wrong. It's just from where I'm sitting right now... I don't have high hopes.

Okay, so...a Dragon that has a jet pack that breaks the sound barrier in less than a second. That should be enough for a person to purchase this game. Oh it also helps that this game is brilliantly written, wonderfully voice acted also helps. Deal with political issues that we are trying to figure out in this fantasy wrold such as; Gay marragie, and government halthcare and much, much more. Add some RTS elements (even though it feels a bit repeatative) and you got your self a fun game that should have been given more attention that it did. I would give it a 9/10.

Even though SRIV is coming out...this is still worth picking up. The story isn't ground breaking and it is even contriversal (Well at least the first mission)! However it is still fun messing around in this game with a buddy. 4/5 MUST BUY...unless you have SRIV.

With more and more Free to play games coming to the Steam store, some fall through the cracks and others rise up. Star Conflict is pure addicting fun. Its intense space shooter, easy controls and AMAZING design are what make this free to play stand out from the rest. The Micro transactions don't break the game at all, it isn't a buy to win game. However on the store it describes the game as an MMO, that is completely inaccurate the game does have MMO elements but does not play as one. If you like space ships, if you like shooting stuff, if you like shooting spaceships this game is for you. 9/10 MUST DOWNLOAD :D

In 6 year in development Gearbox studios promised the Aliens fans with the game they deserved, one with horror, and suspense. Well I'm here to tell you they did NOT make their promise. This insult of an horror game, has fanfiction quality story (which is sad because it is now cannon) with the most confusing twist I have seen in awhile. The Xenomorph AI is amazingly stupid, they run straight at you instead of using their enviroment to get to you. Coop feels crowded as you have 4 players and AI in a small room fighting for space. The Multiplayer feels broken, Xeno attacks don't exicute most of the time and god help you if you want to climb on a wall.

With that said, there are points were you do have some genuine fun, one mission you lose your weapons and get chased by a unbeatable enemy. It's a clever level, to bad they're not more of it.

When/if you beat this game you'll be saying "GAME OVER MAN, THANK GOD IT'S GAME OVER!"

If you are Aliens fan, please do yourself a service and avoid this game like a plague. I give this game a 3/10

TL;DR: Game is overpriced for its age with useless DLC for a mode that is not supported and filled with hackers and cheaters. Amazing, like...AMAZING story campaign...but that's it. Pick it up when it's 20-25 bucks.

When I first reviewed this game, I loved it. I couldn't sing enough praises about it. The story was fun and exciting, the muliplayer was addicting and enjoyable. The whole thing was one nice wrapped up robot fighting package that I loved when the game first came out... I can't sing most those praises now anymore.

With the multiplayer filled with cheaters and it being almost impossible to find a game. This mode is compeletly ripped out of the game practically. The only thing you now have is your character creator to look at the characters you could have brought to the battlefield and destroyed your enemies. Now they just sit there as you'll never want to launch into a multiplayer game. So if you're looking for a fun Transformers multiplayer game, unfortunatly this isn't what you're looking for. Also with some pretty insulting pricing decisions (more on that later).

You could be thinking; "The Xbox Ones and PS4 editions just launched maybe they fixed multiplayer for PC". Sorry to burst your bubble but that is anything but the case. Both the Xbox One and PS4 have decent multiplayer from what I've heard, but PC has been brought to the backyard and shot in the head.

Thankfully the story is still the same as it was back in 2012. To this day I still love and enjoy it. The campaign will hit all the notes you want from a Transformers games trying to resemble the G1 series. With excelent voice acting, level design, and a really kick ass mission involving our favorite Dinobot. This story is the only reason to pick up this game. Like...really...this story really kicks ass.

However...I don't think a four year old amazing story can carry the weight of a 50 dollar price tag! What is Activision thinking!?!?! Their multiplayer is dead, while they sell DLC cosmetics that will run you an extra $30! It is insulting. This game has been out for four years...and has only dropped $10 in price.

It pains me to do this...seeing as this game was one of my favorite games of 2012...but I can't reccommend this game anymore at least for it's full price tag. With Activision still selling multiplayer DLCs for a mode that you can't even play, that all they turn into is a 30 dollar trophies in your character creator.

If you see this game for... 25 bucks...pick it up. The story is enjoyable and I think you'll like it.

Thank you for reading this essay. Hope it helps you.

When you find yourself still awake playing this game at 6 in the morning you realize that the game you are playing is addicting. With almost 17 hours of gameplay right now and not even halfway through the game I would recommend this game. However it is kinda frustrating trying to kill a gaurd and a musician comes right in front of your face and instead of kill a gaurd you kill the musician. However that is just a small complaint, 9.5/10

Call of Duty, Halo, and Battlefield, when someone asks me the most popluar First Person Shoots these come to mind. Battlefield Bad Company 2 is now one of my favorite First Person Shoots sent in modern times. With a thrilling single player and engaging multiplayer this will certainly keep you entertained for a while.

Spepard is back and kicking some Reaper ass. Taking place after the events of Mass Effect 1 Bioware has successfully reperfected the wheel. Fixing issues that were pressent in ME 1, such as AI that don't respond to the player, weird cinematic bugs, poor textures and so much more. Given a great set of voice actors, an amazing score by Jack Wall and a story that will keep players on the edge of their chairs, Mass Effect 2 is a must have for Si Fi, action and/or RPG gamers. One of my favorite games 9.5/10
