I only get a black screen after the SEGA logos and I can't set-up the controls for my controller.

I got it to work with mods and the Steam controller configuration. Mods can also change some of the button displays in-game to match my set-up. In the menus it is still not working correctly though.

While honestly the game is good, I played a ton of it on the Gamecube back in the day, I cannot recommend a game that needs mods to be playable.
