This game has some of the worst devs possible if you're a even mildly competitive player, the servers are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, the tickrate is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, the hitreg is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, weapon balance is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mess, character balance is wrong every single patch.

The devs blatantly ignore every single suggestion from anyone that knows anything about their game in favor of either pleasing casual players only OR just pissing everyone off including casual players.

That said it has potential to be one of if not THE best BR but the devs have ♥♥♥♥ on it from day 1.

The movement is good but they nerf or remove movement skill based mechanics and try their best to dumb it down (see bhop healing, zipline play etc etc).

The gunplay was fast paced and relatively clean when servers are behaving, so they push for long ranged meta as hard as possible for multiple seasons in a row (see repeated buffs to snipers, larger maps, more open areas, a hitscan sniper (wtf respawn))

Close range play remained fun despite their best efforts so they make it so the only shotgun that spawns on the ground worth anything is inconsistent and luck based unless you're literally touching your oponent (see mastiff as ground weapon with it's ♥♥♥♥ ass pattern)

Aim assist is much too powerful and thus you have to learn to play against controller players as if they're a different type of threat (not saying this without trying it myself, it's a little bit too much on pc with controller but console players are literally low fov aimbotting)

I could type for ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hours about every abysmal little detail about this game.



All of that said, I have well over 2000 combined hours in this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game, it's got a solid core concept unlike any other half decent game but it is failed by its pathetic excuse for a dev team and most likely a significant bit of influence from EA (in the form of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ greedy garbage being shoved in the game).
