Great horror game and a really cool concept in general. Can't believe I didn't play this sooner.

Obviously whilst in competition to Amnesia: A Dark Descent it's got some flaws, although the story was really interesting and I never really ran into any issues when playing the game, really fun :D

Honestly an amazing horror game and it actually gave me a reason to explore through a form of free space, if I didn't get my stomach sliced into. Would recommend if you are wanting to find a good horror game, although a first time horror game might not just be the right thing to do.

This game is truly something else.

So I'm not much of a FNAF fan, but I heard this game was a survival horror and I wanted to try my piece. Now, I'm all for new ideas and this game is truly interesting. I've had a hell of a ton of fun collecting lore, finding secrets, and I generally enjoy the story and got me interested in looking back through the games and all the story. The ability to control Freddy is awesome, the camera mechanic can really be used in your favour and the ability to level up stuff made me feel like I wanted to play again.

But holy lord is this game a dysfuctional craphouse at release. Glitches through walls, broken AI, horrible sneak mechanics that hardly work half the time. It's honestly pathetic. Sometimes you'll have to wait a whole minute for an area to load if you aren't picked up by a S.T.A.F.F bot whilst doing so, going onto cameras and then having to wait for ages for the game to stop framing. I saw achievements and I was like "Nice, more reasons to play the game" Oh wait nevermind, they're glitched and don't unlock once you've collected everything. Hell, I can't believe they take away your ability to save considering you're most likely to get your bum touched by the animatronics ability to teleport through walls. The generator part is sub-par, fun boss but really broken.

All in all, I've put this as a "Like" because this game has some damn good potential. If this game was patched up a bit it'd be a perfect game, although the time you're given doesn't feel like enough to get anything really worthwhile done. Guess we'll just had to wait and hope for the best that it's improved.
