10/10 I would absolutely recommend playing Dota 2 at least once. Even if it's just to be flamed by smurfs for being a complete and utter noob. And if you have the perseverence, to get past the "I am a sh*t player!" stage, you will join the flame-wagon, you will become... ONE OF US.

This game has had such a profound influence on the gaming scene in general, supplying us with streamers, memes, and the biggest prize pool in Esports history.

That's Dota 2 in a nutshell, a game where 5 idiots pick 5 random heroes to go up against 5 other idiots who pick 5 random heroes, BATTLE ROYALE, RAGE, FLAME, THROW. And most important of all... HATS! Many, many, many fancy hats! With particles!

Even when you quit Dota 2, Dota 2 will never quit you.
