Since launch the fps has been almost fixed. I sometimes dip down to 30-40 for no reason whatsoever. The online matchmaking is a complete joke where I get in to ranked fights against people who has almost no wins and the odds of me winning is almost 100% or I get in to matches against people who has the win/loss at a 800/400-ish. I just feel that Mortal Kombat X on PC is just a cash grab. If you want to play it, do it so on console. Suck my ♥♥♥♥ Ed Boon.
