i played 7 hours straight the first time i launched the game.

Entire game is a joke (Below is a rant about the programmed manipulation they are using on their consumers)

SHG is taking nearly every interaction you make in this game to modify your experience into making you spend as much time as possible on the game(They whitelist popular celebrities, streamers, and youtubers from experiencing the BS listed below so they can seemingly innocently promote this product). They claim to have one of the most interacted with COD's to date, but what they don't mention is how they are using programming manipulation against every regular player, casual or competitive. SHG blacklisst the maps players enjoy playing on, and also developed SBMM AI teammates to kill you at the most inconvenient time + SBMM AI opponents are specifically designed to prevent you from progressing your camo's, challenges, getting that last kill for your kill-streak, or just whatever strategy you are attempting.
All this is simply with the intent to suck the life out of you into giving them more of your time and effort.
There are more and more cases WITH evidence to support other tactics of manipulation they are using coming to light every week, even though SHG is shutting those players out from gaining any traction possible when they try to say something about these issues.

The campaign and zombies modes are nearly 100% re-used assets from the Warzone map. Not only are they from the Warzone map, but they released a BRAND-NEW Warzone map right after release, so you're now stuck playing on the maps + assets from years ago rather than the brand new content???

Knives are significantly worse than previous COD's with the TTK. One of the challenges is to achieve a 5 kill streak with a knife 5 separate times, BUT, if you tap the switch weapon button ONCE, even for a split second, it completely stops tracking your progress that ENTIRE match. You now have to leave, find another match after 10 minutes of map switching in a "Dual map only" mode that actually has been programmed to give you the inferior map to what you prefer to play on nearly three times as often as the superior map. (My personal record for getting my personal inferior map on a "50/50" mode of two maps is 10x in a row. And no, I'm not lying just for you to have pity for me, this is real.


They haven't fixed a substantial bug since release(Over a month)
Interface is broken. Challenges are broken. Camos are broken. Stats are broken. Killstreaks are broken.

The most fun I've experience while playing these bugs(There's a game in here apparently?) has been using the Wheelson(Fast traveling Wall-E type robot with an infinite ammo + no cool-down turret on top) in hardcore on shipment (Map that is about 50x50 feet in size). If you manage to get this difficult kill-streak and have under two team kills that match still, you can now kill your teammates without any consequences at all. My personal record is getting 42 team kills within a two minute time span.

I could go on and on about more issues with this game, but I'll skip over those for now, but I will lastly mention the cash-grab aspect of the recent COD's has reverted into Pay-2-Win, similar to that of Advanced Warfare.

Out of about a dozen COD's I have purchased and played, this is the absolute worst one I have seen to date, and by far. I'd rather go play around with exo-suits and loot crates.

I do 100% recommend trying out this game. Infinite replay-ability, great take on the social deduction genre.

BUT, I do not really recommend giving your time or energy to BlankMediaGames. The developers are generally inactive. Introducing dozens of cosmetic items and real money bundles frequently, but the amount of currency you get for finishing matches is drastically low fraction of the cost of some cosmetics. It may take hundreds of matches to get one cosmetic item. No new features with true real value have been implemented, but hey, at least they added a twitch live-stream plug-in to allow your viewers to make in-game choices for you? It took over half a year to add two new role cards to the game, despite all the community input of new role balances/ideas.

The community runs the game at this point. Mods are keeping most of the player-base intact. Arguably the most enjoyable modes are only accessible through a mod named BetterToS2. Balance changes to roles, several more new roles than what BMG has put out, and better mode ideas. These matches do NOT give currency though, meaning the only incentive to play is for your love of the game. Respectable... Curtis is one of the programmers who develops many of these mods alongside other important people. Myself, and the community appreciate their efforts greatly.
