saw your comment on my profile, here's what i did to fix my problem. i just used their auto language changer that they've provided in the guide, then just downloaded and replaced 2 files in the r6 siege folder. i've uploaded the files for you over here : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ywDUIlR-Z78Kb1mFx9fi9uMDmD4bQlWX/view?usp=sharing .
