As of early access game, it is a very nice game. It has a lot of potencial in it's gameplay and mechanics. Gathering resources and shoveling will take almost all of your time. Combat is glitchy. There is a set distance between your oppenent and you. If you are close to him, you can't hit him.
Game needs improvements on combat mechanics and most importantly object placing. You can place objects in the air, floating. This makes no sense and people use it to jump over other players walls.
Overall, game might get boring, but worth trying.
