Incredibly addicting game, a City builder/Tower Defense hybrid with a lot of minute details and mechanics. The main threat in the game is the corruption, a slow spreading disease on the land that spews monsters during the night. It is containable, but doing so will agitate it, and every passing day it cant grow it will send stronger beasts, so load your cannons, combobulate your golems, and hope for the best.

My only grievance with the game is that sometimes the particle effects and lighting bloat the screen and hurt my eyes, but this is easily adjustable in the settings.

I don't normally write reviews, but there's a lot of heart in the game, and if you join its discord the Dev is active there. It goes over a lot of people's heads, but there is a whole beta branch for this game receiving constant updates.

Man, I've loved these devs since Bernband, and they still keep churning out great titles. This game isn't as simple as it seems at first sight, with lots of under-the-hood mechanics that push you to experiment and rack your noggin a little bit. It's a pretty sweet god sim.

DLC is expensive but base game offers huge amount of content and replayability. Good game.

Game's absolutely stellar, just sucks that I cant build more buildings.

I install the game. Play it for a minute then turn it off. As Im deleting I go "Omae wa mou Shindeiru."

A pretty good game, its just got uplay and the microtransactions. Dont let those two things turn you away if you are a fps fan though.
