Extremely buggy, expect a lot of crashing, often even before you've entered the game. Just to open the game and get into the main menu takes longer than loading and getting in-game to GTA V, it's ridiculous. For me currently, I can't even get into the game, it crashes every time I try to open.

The game itself is okay... when it works, which just so happens to be never for longer than 20 minutes. The game certainly feels like it's Early Access, but that's expected, and the gameplay itself is fun for the stage it is at in development.

It's just disappointing, the player numbers would be much, much higher if the game actually worked, since as I said the game is actually quite fun, and I think I would play it a lot more if it didn't crash so much, and I didn't age 10 years waiting for the game to open.

The developers don't seem dodgy, and they do sound like they want to improve the game, but it was definitely not the right time to launch the game. I imagined it has soured many peoples' opinions on the game much like my own. The problem with the developers is that they are too focused on pushing the game towards being an e-Sport than they are with fixing the game.

If you're looking into buying the game, as with most Early Access titles, you will see a lot of brown-nosing: the long load times, "you should really have an SSD in 2018", the many complaints of crashing, "never crashes for me", problem after problem after problem, "just use this (annoying and unnecessary) workaround". Problem being, a lot of people are in denial of the game's problems, and use the fact that it is Early Access as a reason to justify the major problems of the game.

I can't recommend this at all in the current state, and moreover, I can't stress to people enough not to buy the game until you can load the game at a reasonable speed, and play the game without crashing so often.

Edit: I've finally been able to get into the game, so I tried opening those 5 War Chests that were given in the most recent update. I opened the first one, got an error, and the other four disappeared, the skin from the first one did eventually find its way into my inventory though... if that's any consolation.

Great game, lots to do, big hubs, and good levels - also doesn't get boring after a while.

Mods, loads of Zombies, very fun MP, still very active. The only thing awful is the Campaign, I've played most CoD campaigns and this is by far the worst one.

Awful launch and is/was very unoptimised (I'm unsure if it's fixed, I had to use a dozen loopholes to make it not stutter despite having a high-end system) and is still not a standalone even though the population is so low and is only going to decrease until they release it separately. Also, disgusting way of shipping the game, hiding it behind a shoddy product. 100% regret buying the game, just stick to the original, larger playerbase, modding, and you don't have to pay for the DLC.

Very fun with some really good mods!
