BG + Steam Workshop: 9.8 / 10
BG + SW + DLC: 10 / 10

Only fault I can give this game is the load times, but thats only because I have 1000 assets downloaded. So thats not the games fault. Over all the best City building game I have ever played. Even if I do have to start a new city everytime new DLC comes out, its always worth it.
