Your HOI4 mod is not strong enough, it does not consider sufficiently the many reichs involved, and the idea is not based on enough primary sus material, and sufficiently relevant amogus material. Try to address these issues in future.

"Cultural appropriation is the adoption or use of the elements of one culture by members of another culture.[1] Cultural appropriation, often framed as cultural misappropriation, is sometimes portrayed as harmful and is claimed to be a violation of the collective intellectual property rights of the originating culture.[2][3][4][5] Often unavoidable when multiple cultures come together, cultural appropriation can include using other cultures' traditions, food, fashion, symbols, technology, language, and cultural songs without permission.[6][7] [8] According to critics of the practice, cultural (mis)appropriation differs from acculturation, assimilation, or cultural exchange in that the "appropriation" or "misappropriation" refers to the adoption of these cultural elements in a colonial manner.

Here I think the article seems to show bias in a way such that it goes against the code of technical writing (as adopted by 'European Association for Technical Communication'). In this case I would argue that it's just (SEE: Weeaboo). This is similar vain of cultural appropriation of so called "black culture" by so called "whities" in which white Americans (typically between the ages of '11-19' and of male genome) demonstrate certain aspects African American culture (Henceforth, "chocolate American") while neglecting other parts of the cultural, generally the adopted cultural characterisitics come from anti-social behaviours demonstrated from Chocolate American gangster rap while leaving out rich parts of Chocolate American culture, which includes but is not limited to: 'porch sitting', 'slave song singing' and 'underground rail road building'.
