PUBG, I suppose you could call this a guilty pleasure of mine. I bought this game and in the first two days I put almost 40 hours into it, but I digress. The game itself is solid, the combat is good and responsive (I was playing on a controller, just to clarify) And when you hit something it felt it. The graphics, its hard to find words for how beautiful this game is, and the online element, for what I know works perfectly well. I only recently completed the game on my first character and it was amazing, though I couldnt have done it without the help of some friendly phantoms. The story while it isnt told directly is told very well, and is interesting how much there is to it. Honestly this is one of my most favourite games, there are times where I hate it, but it keeps me coming back, and with the addition of the new guns the story is further expanded and the visuals are somehow more stunning. I will try not to spoil with this next anecdote, but just incase spoilers.

I found the secret area and I started to explore and almost instantly I found these little josh bailey enemies, I ran at them thinking they would be easy and I would one shot them, how wrong I was. I ran straight into him and he stun locked me for a good 2 seconds with his ♥♥♥♥♥♥ little daggers, next thing I know half my health is gone. I heal up and go right back at him, hit him once then get stun locked by the same bloody attack, and then out of nowhere another one of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥s comes along and finishes me off. At this point I put my controller down and stopped playing for a second as I tried to work out what the hell just happened. I finally worked my way past the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥s and found a huge boss that I did like thirty damage to, I noped instantly and tried to escape, I ran the wrong way found a cliff then the attacked me doing no damage but knocking me back and off the cliff like a moron. I retry and run the other way, this time more of the snakey ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥s are there, I get stun locked into oblivion and must have died a good six times. I finally run past them all get to a new area, I drop down on top of the boss and one hit him, anticlimatic as ♥♥♥♥. I go to move on but one of the snake ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥s runs in and kills me as a cutscene starts and when it finshes I see myself on the ground with a big YOU DIED on the screen, and in the background the snakey ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is staring right at the camera.

Anyway all jokes aside the game is solid, and I definitely worth a try, though I will admit the price is a bit high, wait for a sale and pick it up, and try to get a group of friends, the fun will be multiplied by thirty. I can see myself putting way to many hours into this.
