Just play the original, this one is only a third of the original, changes parts of the story, is full of bugs and is badly optimized.

Imagine playing a game while suffocating.
That's what this game feels like it play. In the worst way possible.
If it didn't have the window constantly closing on you it would be a meh bullet hell game.


It relies too much on enemy spam, which causes the game to lag and after about 20-25 minutes into a run for it to become almost impossible to dodge anything. The upgrades are all very boring, such as more health or firing speed, and the star upgrades are poorly explained. The enemies also don't have a uniform color which makes finding yourself hard unless you turn on the giant red circle and arrow pointing at you on in the options.

If you want a good bullet hell game in the same price range just get Enter the Gungeon on sale or buy The Binding of Issac.

Buy it for the windows background, that's about it.

Does not have a lobby system for multiplayer.

Easily the worst SteamWorld game, it feels like they wanted to do more, but also needed to get the game out the door, so it's very half-baked.

The entire game is very simplistic, and doesn't really pose any of a challenge. Most of the enjoyment comes from the mines, which you constantly get dragged out of by the city element. It's a cool idea, but in practice it would have been better for the depth and fun of the game if it was either entirely a City Management, or Mine Management game.

It's a decent meta-commentary on visual novels, but the plot of the novel itself is fairly uninteresting, and the horror elements are not effective at all.

I would say it's better watched, then actually played.

Decent wallpaper software, slightly outdated but it works fine.
The workshop is filled with porn and AI slop though, so you will have to do some culling, or make the wallpaper yourself.

Decent puzzle game, but I thought that you would get the CS2 Music Kit, like you do if you own HALO: Master Chief Collection

So if you're buying it for that reason, don't.

Garbage story, glorified revenge porn.

Plays like ♥♥♥♥, basically a worse hell let loose. which is already not a good game.
