Euro Truck Simulator 2 is exactly what it seems, you go around most of Europe doing transport of various cargo (and with time the map gets bigger).
Alos, this game is really relaxing (at least, if you play in solo).

I have played this game for around 6-7 hrs in-game to complete it at 209,4% completion and all achievements. Solid game for 10,99 $CDN or equivalent in other currencies, especially since it's an indie title !
