I have always enjoyed Trove on the Xbox, but have recently started playing Trove on the PC.

I will say it's still as great as it was when I played it on Xbox, There's a lot to say about the game, almost too much. The graphics are beautiful, I love the different unique classes, I love that you don't have to be in a party to participate with other players ( thus when someone bum rushes you in a dungeon, you still gain EXP and the chest at the end. ) Even though it's annoying sometimes you get used to it. The game "appears" to be pay to play, but it's actually not. I haven't spent a dime on the game ( yet ) and already have top gear as well as gems. It's all about talking with people and requesting help and grinding a little to make profit and get the materials you need for upgrades and crafting rings and such. I think the best part about this game is how much it pushes people to play in groups, thus making the game itself much more enjoyable than it already is. The community can be toxic at times, but that can be expected in any game. If you enjoy Mineecraft and MMO's this might be the game for you.

The game is great ; yes the community is dead but that is because of all the bad reviews, causing newer players not want to try the game at all. I've played this game back when Aeria owned it and it was incredibly popular. I actually started up on the game again and am enjoying it, it is the same as it has been. It is also not PAY TO WIN. There are sooo many new ways to earn in game money ; through battling NPC's , story mode, and events. It's not just pay to win - Pay to win is paying the money to win the game. Wrong. You pay money on this game to 'LOOK' good. You cannot pay to win. Which is also why I love this game. You actually have to have skill to play. You actually have to LEARN and take the time to LEARN.

Everyone who is calling it "gay", boring, bad community - you either have 0.3 hours or haven't truly given the game a try. OR you see the video and just laugh " Ah this looks childish, this is gay. Bye. " I love DDR games, this is not different than the APP game tap tap revolution. Except you have a character to dance with the beat, that you are able to dress up / AND you get to chat with other users who enjoy 'dancing' as well.

Stop complaining and making every excuse in the book to leave a bad review, when you haven't played the game long enough to leave one REASONABLY. Or you just suck at the game, and so you type out your rage on a review instead of actually learning to become a better player.
