I do suggest you use the "best" mic possible because people can't hear others most of the time so the extensive "quality" of your mic will help people hear you.

(make sure you have windows 10)
1) The first thing you need to do is turn up your mic gain.
2) (if on windows) right click the volume thing on your task bar
3) Click sounds
4) Click the recording tab
5) Double click the mic you use for games
6) Click levels
7) Drag the bar (or all the bars if there is more than one) all the way to 100
8) Click apply and ok
9) Your done!!
